What you need to know
The Registrar’s Office keeps all your academic records, provides them to SAS and other departments, and enforces and interprets University grading policies. Instructors submit grades at the end of each semester for all courses, including thesis/final year project, through Moodle. The Academic Progress Committee (APC) uses grade reports at the end of the semester to review your academic performance. Read more about academic progression rules in “Student Unsatisfactory Academic Progression Review” of the Academic Policy.
Some key points to remember:
- The grade report is your internal academic record. It is available for your Programme Director and members of APC.
- The transcript is your external academic record.
- You can find your detailed grades in Moodle and your final grades including CGPA in your Fiori.
