Diplomas

What you need to know

All graduates of UCA receive a traditional paper State and UCA’s diplomas. You may also request a replacement diploma if the original is lost or damaged.

By default, your UCA diplomas display your legal name at the time of your graduation; it is also the name read at the Convocation ceremonies. We strongly recommend using your legal name to ensure that your credentials can be verified in UCA’s systems and by third parties such as government entities and employers.

Changes to the way your first and middle names appear on your diploma can be made when you receive a datasheet in your inbox from the Registrar’s Office. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.

What you need to do

  • Feel up the datasheet and provide a copy of your passport.
  • Review your name on My Fiori.
  • Your middle name can be included in-full or omitted.
  • If you decide to request a replacement diploma, send your request to the Registrar’s Office.
