What you need to know
The Records in Fiori is your official record at UCA. It contains important data such as your legal name, date of birth, gender, citizenship, and home address. Your student record is used by select offices at UCA for legal, regulatory, and identification purposes.
It is your responsibility to keep your personal information and administrative records up to date.
Some key points to remember:
- To make any changes to “Personal information”, students must contact RO by providing the appropriate supporting documentation.

Change of “Personal information” is intended to provide any student with a way to change their personal details as on their Passport or National ID. This change will be reflected in the Registrar’s system and UCA’s documentation (e.g. Transcripts, Certificates, Credentials, Class lists, etc.). The scanned copy of the Passport and/or National ID is mandatory to attach along with the supportive documents (if any).
