Add/Drop/Change

What you need to know

Changes to your registration — including course registration status, and adding or dropping a course  — are made using My Fiori. Your instructor and/or Programme Director can approve or deny your request, or request a consultation with you to discuss the change. Be sure to check the Academic Calendar for deadlines each semester. Changes after the Add/Drop deadline must be made by submitting the “Course Withdrawal form”.

Some key points to remember:

  • You are responsible for all changes you are making.
  • Dropped course before the end of the 2nd week of the course never appears on your transcript.
  • Dropping the core or major-related courses must be discussed with the Programme Director.
  • Withdrawal after the 2nd week of the course, the student shall receive an ‘F’ on the transcript.
  • We strongly recommend making all changes before the end of the Add/Drop period indicated in the Academic Calendar.
