What you need to know
An enrollment certification is an official document proving your current enrollment at UCA. You can obtain one — sometimes required for scholarships, insurance, internships, or employment — from the Registrar’s Office. To receive your certification instantly, send your request to registrar@ucentralasia.org. If the requestor requires a paper copy, you must obtain your certification from the Registrar’s Office on your campus.
An enrollment certification generated at UCA includes:
- Date of issue
- Your legal name (from your student record)
- Your date of birth
- The License number issued by the Ministry of Education
- The degree you are pursuing
- Your Student ID
By request, it can also include your expected date of graduation and the year of admission to the programme.
What you need to do
- Fill up the “Enrollment Letter” in the “My Request” application on your Fiori and receive it automatically within 5 minutes in your UCA email.
- Note you cannot use this type of service if you are not registered in the requesting semester.
- Alternatively, email registrar@ucentralasia.org using your UCA email address to authenticate your request.
- Note the type of document you need, the data you wish to include, and the year you are expecting to finish your degree program.
- If you wish to have the certification sent via express shipping service, you must arrange for the mailing service to pick up your document from the RO’s office.
