What you need to know
Your UCA transcript is your official academic record. It lists all the courses you have completed, as well as credit points, grades, your GPA/CGPA, and any degrees you have received from UCA. To receive an “Official transcript” printed on a letterhead contact the Registrar’s Office on your campus and you can pick it up after receiving the confirmation in your email address. In addition, you can obtain an “Unofficial transcript” via your Fiori under “My Results”, and “Export to PDF” on the right bottom of the screen.
Some key points to remember:
- The final version of the transcript will be provided to the students when they submit the “Clearance form” to the Registrar’s Office after graduation.
- Graduated students must use the scanned version of their transcripts to apply to other universities.
